Yvan Arpa Black Belt Watch

The genius designer Yvan Arpa has made another cool watch. Most of you know him for the Titanic DNA and Moon Dust DNA watches he designed for Romain Jerome. However, the board at Romain Jerome decided to fire him because of his unpredictable ways but after a court case in Switzerland Arpa won and he’s the one who got the last laugh. Arpa then hooked up with a few friends and designed the Black Belt Watch. One of his passions is martial arts and he has a black belt as a Bushido fighter, thus the watch. If you want to buy one you have to send in a copy of your official black belt award certificate in order to purchase one. The Black Belt Watch has an automatic mechanical movement, rose gold case, PVD coated steel with stain finish and a hand blasted steel bezel. Interesting things to note are the hands meant to resemble shinai wooden swords and the strap made of textured rubber and waterproof calf leather meant to resemble the fabric of a kimono. A portion of sales will be donated to No Difference; a foundation to help handicap people participate in martial arts. $2,985.
