This ultra luxurious watch from Vacheron Constantin gets its name from the historical site where one of their offices/workshops is located on the Quai de l’Ile. The Tour de I’lle has an original combination of horological complications and astronomical indications with 16 different points including a minute repeater, sunset time, perpetual calendar, a tourbillon device and a second time zone. The double-faced watch has 834 parts that required 10,000 hours of R&D to come up with the final version. Limited edition of seven pieces. $1.5 million.
