Roger Dubuis introduces its new collection of watches. Roger Dubuis La Monégasque collection comprises eight models. The watches feature a contemporary case design, new calibers, power reserve indicator, squared off edges, 60-second lying tourbillon, hand-wind movement, and integrated micro-motor. It comprises 293 parts that are made to fit in 6mm. Roger Dubuis may just be a young brand, but with this La Monégasque collection, they’ve proven to be competitive and innovative. $TBA.

Gustafsson & Sjögren (GoS) will soon release a limited edition of watch and knife. Gos Vile watch and Oden knife are named after two Norse gods; thus, their styles reflect the feel of Norse mythology. Done in Damascus metal, the details and patterns of the blacksmithed metal watch and knife are incredible and complex. Vile watch is 42mm wide and features crown, dial, and lug screws in Damascus steel. Inside feature includes a Swiss ETA Unitas 6498. Gos Vile and Oden is something you should really have. $20,000.

Presenting Rado’s D-Star Automatic, a new model that features a thicker casing than other timepieces from the brand. A black polished ceramic measuring 42 millimeter in diameter with a curved sapphire crystal made up its casing. The D-Star Automatic also feature a Swiss automatic movement with 38 hours power reserves and water resistant to 100 meters dive. $TBA.

The sports watch producer, Buler, has revealed the latest Adventurer collection. It’s a rugged and practical watch that can stand the punches of various sports and it features a black carbon fiber pattern with water resistance up to 200 meters. The chronograph function has three different counters: 10-hour, 30-minute and 1/10 seconds. It’s available in seven different versions and has different color combinations including silver, black and two-tone. $TBA.

Engineering marvels are best appreciated when you can see them. What’s the point of having a new and unique movement when you can’t see them right? That’s exactly how Corum feels so they are showcasing their second in-house caliber, the CO 007 and showing its inner workings. Instead of having a round case with the elements oriented in a circle, Corum uses two bridges at the center where all of the workings of the movement are rested. Titanium is used on the bridges and the tonneau-shaped case for the material’s lightness. The lightweight comes at a price though, titanium is hard to shape and fashion in a watch so the fact that Corum can make complicated shapes in this watch stamps their fine manufacturing skills. Only 750 of this fine example of engineering assembly will be made. $TBA.

Passion and wisdom are two of the attributes commonly attached to Fawaz Gruosi, the founder of de Grisogono jewelry and watches. His latest creation, the Fuso Quadrato reflects how much dedication and creativity goes into his work. This new watch tells time in two zones, simultaneously and seamlessly. The main dial tells the time where you’re at and is housed in a 47 mm pink or white gold case. Another dial is hidden underneath the watch face, revealed or hidden by a button on the 9 o’clock. What appears to be turbine blades from a jet engine are actually diaphragms that hide the second complication. The movement is a de Grisogono automatic DF 21-90 with 21 jewels and a 42-hour power reserve. Clever, practical, and stylish, this watch fits the jet-setter who wants an uncluttered yet sophisticated look. $TBA.
