Tag Heuer Monaco 24

The Moncaco 24 was penned as a concept watch so it will only be released as a limited edition. It keeps the same functionality as the standard Monaco model with a Tag Heuer Calibre 36 automatic movement but other features make this watch a one-of-a-kind. You can drop the watch from 20 feet and it will survive because of the floating movement in the case that is attached by four shock absorbers. The materials are all made from those that are used in car racing and the aerospace industry and the tungsten case is coated in black PVD, is 40.5mm wide and water resistant up to 100 meters. Car lovers will appreciate the 1970s orange and blue ‘racing stripes,’ but these colors are those of Gulf Oil, who played a big part in Le Mans. This will be one hefty price tag. $TBA.
