Fossil Chronograph Silver Dial Watch

The past year Fossil has been creating some unique pieces that are much more classic than their trendy pieces they normally produce. The Chronograph Silver Dial is a smart looking timepiece with ‘modern architecture’ yet has vintage details to give it a unique quality. It reminds me of an old boxy station wagon with a wooden dash board; the strip of brown that runs across the face jumps out at you giving special attention to the date display and the number 9. There are only three numerals, the 12, 9 and 6, but it’s still clear to read thanks to the hour markers and the seconds on the bezel. Other highlights include a wide 55mm case, water resistance up to 10 ATM and an 11-year warranty. $95.
