Ebel 1911 Tekton Real Madrid

“The Architects of Time” has partnered with the richest football club in the world and they’re now releasing a very special watch. Ebel became the official timekeeper for the Real Madrid Football Club and their new 1911 Tekton Chronograph will feature the club’s colors. The first thing you’ll notice is this Tekton’s bezel, or lack of it. Clearly absent is the usual bezel, replaced a flat sapphire crystal that’s bolted to the 48.5-mm titanium case. It’s sealed by an aliminum ring and rubber gasket, making the watch water-resistant up to 200 meters. Each half of a football match is represented by the 45-minute counter at the center of the watch. Play action comes from an Ebel Caliber 245 automatic that’s COSC-certified. Real Madrid’s known for getting marquee players in the past which included David Beckham, Luis Figo, Zinadine Zidane, Ronaldo, and were collectively known as Los Galacticos. Those guys are extremely talented and extremely rich, the kind of guys who could afford any one of the 500 units of this beautiful timepiece. $TBA.
