It’s been often said that there have been more people outside of the Earth than there have been beneath the ocean’s surface. The demands of the deep are brutal so you need specialized equipment in case you wanna venture below the waves. Deep Blue Watches are living up to its name as they introduce the Master Explorer 1000. The number by the name signifies the 1000 meter rating that this timepiece can endure. That means it can withstand pressures 100 times greater than what we experience on level ground. It does that by encasing the watch in a 316L stainless steel case that’s 45mm wide. There’s a helium release valve by the 10 o’clock position as well. Animating this deep diver is a Miyota 9015 automatic movement. The Master Explorer 1000 will be available in several different dial colors, all looking good and raring to go with you to the deep end. $450.
