Well, Bovet grants your wish and introduces this Fleurier model with the jumping hour complication. The center of the watch reveals the hour indicator disk and around the rim is the minute ring. When the white arrow for the minutes reaches 60, the hour dial jumps instantaneously to the next, with no in-betweens. Everything that’s happening in the watch is proudly displayed behind the sapphire crystal, including the self-winding caliber 13BA04 movement and the handcrafted module bridges. The 42mm case can be in white or rose gold and the dials can be ordered according to your taste. $TBD.
